About SCRT

The current version (2004) of SCRT is developed in 100% Java and JSP to be used as a tool for software development projects to monitor, manage, control and report software changes. There are 6 states for a SCR. They are:

• Open
• Accept
• Reject
• Postpone
• Fixed
• Close
