1. Login

• Go to URL: "http://umlslex2.nlm.nih.gov/scrt"
• Press "Go" button

• Input User Name
• Input Password
• Select a project
• Press Login button

2. Open a SCR

• Follow Step 1 to login
• Press Open link under Actin menu (on the top)

• Input required and optional information
• Press OK button

• Press Confirm button

• Press OK button

3. Change states of a SCR

• Follow Step 1 to login
• Press Fixed/Reject/Postpone link under Action Menu or
• Press SCR ID (first column) on the SCR list.

• Input a SCR ID
• Select a state
• Select a SCR type
• Select a owner
• Input as detail as possible for the comments
• Press OK button

• Close the window
• Press SCR link under View Menu (to see the change)

4. View SCRs

• Follow Step 1 to login
• Press SCR link under View Menu
• Press Remarks link for more information of a SCR

5. Change Projects

• Follow Step 1 to login
• Press Projects link under Menu

• Select a project
• Press OK button

6. Logout

• Follow Step 1 to login
• Press Logout link under Menu
