The SPECIALIST Text Tools
The SPECIALIST text tools are a nested set of JAVA objects designed to help users analyze free text documents into words, terms, phrases, sentences and sections. A variant lookup module that retrieves variants of terms is included. The text tools are open source resources and are freely available subject to these terms and conditions.
